I was delighted from the beginning, from the moment I walked through the front door. The staff was very friendly and polite. The breakfast was very good and the lady who helped us was smiling at all times and very friendly too. My kids and I got a king studio but instead we got a queen bed suite, which was fine but I booked the king studio because the bed would be bigger for sleeping with one of my kids while the other would use the sofa (here I will make a parenthesis to complain about the sofa bed that was too hard, also the person or people who were on the 4th floor above us, started stomping from 5:30 am, and woke us up, but that is not something that the hotel can handle) I am very happy with my stay here. If I had to go back, I would choose this hotel without a doubt.

Loved the convenient location; close to many restaurants & fast food franchises, as well as, Gas stations, CVS, Target & Walmart + Westfield Mall & Galleria, Cinemas & Golf. Excellent refrigerator w/freezer, kept things cold & froze our ice water bottles quickly…especially during a heatwave. Great auto temp AC in bedroom & living room area. Flexible desk table that can be moved & used for a dining table too.

We had a one night stay prior to the Christmas holiday and were pleasantly surprised by the location to not only our final family destination, but to food and drink, shopping, gas and grocery. The room was fantastic with the kitchenette fully functional and the generous room size. Modestly decorated yet extremely comfortable with couch pillows and tv trays. The staff was kind, smiling/happy, assertive and knowledgeable. A gem to find.

Room was nice. The cleaning staff came in to clean our room well before checkout time. That was not cool, and the windows in the room would not open (by design), but otherwise the place was fairly nice.

Good atmosphere. Clean and comfortable, friendly staff, and good proximity to Thunder Valley Venue (for the concert we attended). The breakfast was one of the better hotel provided breakfasts we have had. Thanks! We will stay here again the next time we go to a concert.

Location was good. About 10 mins from ThunderValley Casino. The staff was welcoming and pleasant. We got a 2 bedroom suite with a full little kitchen area which was nice.

Didn't eat the breakfast, was too busy enjoying my room. The room was spacious and comfortable. The TV could have used a little help though, as it had a large burned in spot on the screen.
